We submit claims on behalf of our patients to most insurance companies. This does not guarantee that your visit is a covered service with your specific insurance plan. Please know that it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to verify if we are in-network with your plan, and to know what copayments and deductibles are associated with your plan.

Copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles associated with your plan are payable at the time of your visit.

Patients with no insurance will be responsible for paying the entire fee at the beginning of the visit.
