Accessibility statement

Our standard

This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That includes readable text contrast, text alternatives for images, full keyboard navigation with visible focus, clear headings, and pages that work at any zoom level and on phones.

What we’ve built in

• A “Skip to main content” link and a consistent page layout, so keyboard and screen reader users can get around quickly.
• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible outline showing where you are.
• Text and buttons meet or exceed the WCAG contrast requirements, and body text is at least 18 pixels.
• Images have text descriptions, and our insurance plans and hours are written out as text, not only shown in pictures.
• Headings follow a logical order, and links say where they go.
• Phone numbers are tap-to-call on phones, and buttons are large enough to tap easily.
• Animations are minimal and respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
• Provider, location, and checklist pages print cleanly, so you or another clinic can hand them to someone.

Accommodations for your care

If you need an accommodation to take part in your care, such as information in another format, extra time, or help with paperwork, let us know when you call and we’ll do our best to help. Many visits can also be done by telehealth if getting to our office is difficult.

An ongoing effort

We test this website with automated accessibility tools and by hand, and we review it whenever we add or change content. Some content, such as links to other organizations’ websites, is outside our control, but we’ll help you get the same information another way.
