About Alana

Alana is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a background in clinical mental health, serving children, adolescents, young adults, and parents in school-based and outpatient settings. She supports people as they navigate life stressors, traumatic experiences, major life transitions, and complex emotions.

With a Master's degree in Social Work, Alana is committed to person-centered care grounded in collaboration, advocacy, cultural humility, and ethical practice. Her trauma-informed, strengths-based approach creates a welcoming environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. She draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), therapeutic art-making, and other integrative techniques tailored to each client.

Throughout therapy she emphasizes overall well-being, personal strengths, healthy coping strategies, self-exploration, and self-compassion. Outside of work, Alana enjoys camping, mud truck events, traveling, fishing, playing sports, spending time with friends, and relaxing with her three cats.
