ALANA OLSON
LMSW
A Licensed Master Social Worker with a background in clinical mental health, providing services to children, adolescents, young adults, and parents in both school-based and outpatient settings. She has experience supporting individuals as they navigate life stressors, traumatic experiences, major life transitions, and complex emotions. With a Master’s degree in Social Work, Alana is committed to providing person-centered care grounded in collaboration, advocacy, cultural humility, and ethical practice.
She uses a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to create a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. Her goal is to meet each client where they are emotionally while helping them build the skills and confidence needed to achieve their personal wellness goals. Alana incorporates evidence-based interventions, based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), therapeutic art-making, and other integrative techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Throughout the therapeutic process, she emphasizes overall well-being, personal strengths, healthy coping strategies, self-exploration, and self-compassion. Outside of work, Alana enjoys camping, attending mud truck events, traveling, fishing, playing sports, spending time with friends, and relaxing with her three cats.
